Nedenstående er en international standartskrivelse og er derfor skrevet på engelsk.
I. Application Service:
| §1 |
The Center for International Education and Careers supports foreign students to apply to US universities that fit their individual needs. |
| §2 |
The application service consists of following separate services:
| a. |
organization of all necessary application materials and forms |
| b. |
design of a time plan for getting all necessary documentation |
| c. |
maximization of acceptance chances by analyzing and stressing the most important parts of the application |
| d. |
assistance with filling out all necessary forms |
| e. |
counselling towards TOEFL, SAT, letters of recommendation, essays, interviews etc.; educational counselling with regard to one’s career plans, universities of interest and options to finance the educational stay

| f. |
determination all relevant certificates, grade reports, internship and work documentation |
| g. |
suggestion of addresses of translators, insurance companies, transcript evaluation services |

| §3 |
The fee for this service is 2.500 Euros. |
| §4 |
If clients apply for the service but chose to withdraw from the contract, they can do so at any time by paying a service fee of 150 Euros; the Sport-Scholarship service is terminated automatically in this case (no additional 150 Euros are charged) |
II. Sport-Scholarship service:
| §1 |
can only be used in addition to the application service if the applicants are qualified academically and athletically |
| §2 |
the Sport-Scholarships service includes the following
| a. |
design of a professional athlete’s profile |
| b. |
integration and presentation of the athlete’s profile on our web sites for US-coaches |
| c. |
notification of all relevant coaches within US network (about 8000 coaches) |
| d. |
online publishing of the edited video, the photo gallery as well as the athlete’s profile in order to provide coaches with all necessary material to make scholarship offers |
| e. |
presentation of up to 25 scholarship offers including university name, coaches names and contact information, as well as a possible scholarship amount |
| f. |
assistance in communication with the coaches |

| §3 |
Clients using the scholarship service have following obligations:
| a. |
to send pictures to sport-scholarships.com |
| b. |
To send a video following the rules of the video guide to the Sports-Media-Team |
| c. |
to apply for and take the TOEFL and SAT Test |
| d. |
to update the personal and sport data immediately if needed |

| §4 |
The service can be terminated by Sport-Scholarships.com, if:
| a. |
25 scholarship offers have been organized and communicated to the client |
| b. |
the client does not follow his/her obligations according to §3 |
|
| §5 |
In case of §4, a service fee of 150 Euro applies |
