Sport-Scholarships.com reserves the right to accept only clients, who have good chances to receive athletic scholarship offers from US universities. Sport-Scholarships.com will make an assessment of the potential client’s athletic and academic achievements, as well as his/her curriculum vitae before making a decision whether to accept the athlete as a client.

Clients will be represented on our website with a profile containing the following: a) photos; b) a video and a highlight-trailer; c) the athletic achievements; d) the academic achievements. The clients are responsible for providing all necessary information including photos and video-materials to Sport-Scholarships.com. The clients are also responsible for the correctness of the information and for updating it regularly. Sport-Scholarships.com reserves the right to shorten the information provided by the clients, if this is necessary and helpful to promote the client. In some disciplines, clients can also be represented on the websites of cooperation partners, if this increases the chances of the client to receive scholarship offers.

Sport-Scholarships.com only includes such video material in the athletes’ profiles that has been edited and formatted by the Sports Media Team. This is to ensure that the video material is of good quality and further increases the chances of the client to receive good scholarship offers. The Sports Media Team service usually costs 190€. The Sports Media Team is a different company than Sport-Scholarships.com and Sport-Scholarships.com does not profit financially from this service. |

In order to ensure the clients’ privacy and follow data protection laws, Sport-Scholarships.com restricts the access to the clients’ profiles to US college coaches only. Clients will receive a “screenshot” of their profile upon request. The client’s profile will be presented on the Sport-Scholarships.com webpage or its partner sites until the client has signed a National Letter of Intent/ athletic award form or enrolled at a US institution. If the client does not enrol at a US institution, the profile will be presented on the website for at least 10 months or until the client agrees to have it deleted. |

US college coaches can leave their contact information as well as potential scholarship offers in a database connected with the client’s profile. Sport-Scholarships.com will forward this information to the client in a timely manner. |
| §6 |
The fee for using the Sport-Scholarships.com service is 150 €. |
| §7 |
In case of controversy in the interpretation or application of the contents of this contract, the client and Sport-Scholarships.com agree to submit all litigation to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Muenster/Germany, with express resignation of any other court or jurisdiction that may be claimed, as well as of the laws in force therein. |

In case that any terms or conditions of this contract should be void, this does not entail that the complete terms and conditions are void.
